Our team is growing, we need another Training Team Coordinator. Would you like to join us and strengthen our team?

In addition to our colleagues, our customers are the focus of our training coordinators - regardless of whether they are still looking for the right training or are already in the expert hands of our trainers in our offices. We want them to feel comfortable and in good hands, and we want you to enjoy creating the right atmosphere of well-being. When you're not looking after your customers, you'll be writing training offers, answering customer and partner enquiries via LiveChat, telephone and e-mail (not all at the same time, of course) and managing orders of all kinds. If you also have ideas in the area of marketing, that's perfect. Don't worry, you won't be the only one holding all the strings, you do have two colleagues. But according to your nature, you should love juggling tasks for this job and have fun and interest in fulfilling customer wishes.

So if you like coordinating training schedules, client requests and trainer capacities, and can listen to team members and clients alike, we're eager to hear more about your interests and experiences. 

let's talk if you:

communicate well in German and English in written form as well as in talks,

  • are ready to share responsibility for the smooth processes and a comfortable atmosphere in our office,
  • can be a firm support in our training area (e. g. support of course participants, training booking management, master data maintenance, active offer management)
  • love to support customers - on the phone, in the office, in their own companies,
  • like to make new contacts - on site, online, on the phone,
  • manage all office organisation tasks independently (e. g. mail processing, customer enquiries, coordination of appointments, order complaints, material procurement, service provider support)
  • always bring your own initiative,
  • quickly and easily search for solutions,
  • always act in a customer-friendly and customer-oriented manner,
  • treat each and every other person with respect,

We are an international company. Many of our projects take place in cooperation with German and international partners and/or customers, so a solid knowledge of German and English is important to us. And maybe you can surprise us with another mother tongue (besides German, currently Spanish, French, Italian...).

We would also be happy if you have a little sales talent and are not afraid of helpful tools that facilitate our communication and our work.
