• have proven experience in agile projects as a DevOps Engineer, Full Stack Developer or Server/Network Administrator
• are familiar with build and deployment pipelines for one of the major cloud providers (e.g. MS Azure, AWS or Google Cloud)
• can do some magic with current web technologies (e.g. Java, PHP, Nodejs, Typescript) and in server administration (e.g. Apache, nginx, Tomcat, databases)
• know containers (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes) not only from logistics
• are on " first-name terms" with Linux and speak its language (shell scripting)
• can use common software development tools
• like to advise your customers in a solution-oriented way
• see learning as a culture, which you demand, but also promote
• respect XP values like communication, simplicity, feedback, courage and respect as the core of your work (We value this mindset very much, it is the core of our culture.)

Everybody is different; personal requirements and circumstances aren’t the same. We know this and therefore we also know how important it is to look for individual solutions. Flexibility in time and location at work? Attending conferences, meetups or workshops? Latest publications for further education? Whatever it is: tell us what is important to you.

We are an international company. However, a lot of our projects are with German speaking partners and/or customers. Sound knowledge of German and English and your willingness to travel occasionally is therefore a basic requirement for successful project work.
